With a staff of over 30, we are capable of providing a full spectrum of professional architectural and residential design services. Our firm is staffed with in-house designers, artists, graphic designers, project coordinators, registered Architects, CAD technicians and administrative support personnel. B&A Design Studio, Inc. specializes in everything from conceptual design and charrette sessions, to full documentation of your new custom luxury home, but our services do not end there. We can also provide you with marketing collateral, product specifications, printing and plotting, community and land planning for your luxury home. We also can assist you with construction administration, as well as consultation services to ensure that your custom luxury home is built how you envision it.
B&A Design Studio, Inc. specializes in commercial projects as well. Whether it’s multi-family, clubhouses, condominium projects, or any other commercial projects our well trained staff will be able to take you from your design concept to a fully documented set of construction documents. We have plans that are well suited for a variety of different lot conditions. Many of our home plans are designed to give you an economical building, while ensuring that every square foot is used. After you find a house plan that you like B&A Design Studio, Inc. will be able to assist you in making any changes that you need, this includes designing an alternate exterior elevation to suit your style.
